How Did Julianne Houghs Dogs Die. Julianne Hough may not have a dog named Penny anymore, but that doesn’t mean that she no longer loves the breed. In fact, her dog death has helped to skyrocket a new dog run in Los Angeles.
As The New York Post reported back in September of 2009, the dog trainer and Dancing With the Stars star decided to take matters into her own hands after losing two pet pooches one which died from cancer and another fatally attacked by coyotes while out roaming at night.
In response to these dog deaths, Hough worked with Hilhaven Lodge whiskey founder Jason “Jay” O’Donnell to create a dog park for all of the wild canines that call Hollywood home – or at least ones that behave themselves enough to be allowed to mingle with their dog walkers.
Julianne Hough took to Twitter with a post that read: “My precious babies Jasper and Daisy were just found dead yesterday.” She went on explaining that they were both fine over the weekend but they died on Monday night.
The ‘Safe Haven’ actress added: “Someone killed them brutally, I don’t know who would do this.”
Meanwhile, some users stated that it could be carbon monoxide poisoning as there was a gas leak in the star’s garage. Hough, however, didn’t confirm this theory yet, so the exact cause of death is still unknown.

What are the reasons?
If your dog has seriously injured or killed a human being you may be facing a jail term.
On the other hand, if the dog has been attacked and badly injured by someone else’s pet dog or cat then you may have to hear some very bad news from the vet who will call you to come and collect your dog because he won’t survive his ordeal.
In this case not only has it affected another person’s life but also an innocent animal’s life
While dog death is not a common occurrence, dog attacks on people and other dog pets are much more prevalent.
The dog owner has a legal responsibility to keep their dog under control at all times, but sometimes they just can’t do it.
This applies equally in the case of an accident where the dog has run out in front of a car which caused serious bodily harm or a fatality in a road traffic accident with associated dog death.
In both cases above you will need expert witness services that have experience in this type of dog injury litigation including dog death compensation claims from personal injury lawyers who have been dealing with these types of accidents for many years.
Not only do you need someone who fully understands your claim for compensation against another person or party but also dog death compensation claims where the dog owner is held responsible for their pet dog’s actions.
